No, not at all! It is a quick process and we take special safety precautions to protect you.

You can cut the chain off with cutters or scissors and we can weld it back on. We ask that you cut it at the welded link. There is a $20 re-welding fee for all chains purchased at Lemuria Forever Jewelry.

You can book a 15 minute appointment to get welded at our private jewelry studio in Kailua, Oahu – Hawaii. Each appointment accommodates one person to get up to two chains. We also occasionally offer walk-in appointments. Feel free to call to see if any are available that day.

Yes, you can wear your Permanent Jewelry through airport security. You would need to remove it for a MRI scan.

With parental consent, we will weld anyone over the age of 3 years old. Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

No, we only weld the chains that we sell.

We are happy to add a clasp for a small fee if you prefer to be able to take it on and off.

Our permanent jewelry does not have a lifetime warranty. PLEASE NOTE* permanent does not mean indestructible. Our 14kt gold filled and sterling silver pieces are designed for daily wear but are still considered fine jewelry.

We charge a $20 re-attachemant fee. Please keep your chain and bring it with you. If chain is not in original condition, stretched, or contains multiple breaks, a new chain will need to be purchased.

Once you confirm that the sizing is correct and we cut the chain, it is final sale.

Yes, we have gift certificates for Permanent Jewelry for any denomination. The recipient can use the gift certificate for any in person purchases.

Yes! You can book your own private Permanent Jewelry party for birthdays, bachelorettes, sorority events, or fun night with friends.  We require at least 5 people to book a private event. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit will be applied as a credit for your Permanent Jewelry on the day of your event.
